WS Design & Build ("we," "us," or "our") operates the WS Design Concierge application (the "Application"), a renovation visualization and lead engagement platform that allows homeowners to explore personalized renovation concepts for their homes. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through the Application.

By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, you should not use the Application.

Information You Provide

When you use WS Design Concierge, you may provide the following types of information:

Images and Uploaded Content

You may upload photographs as part of your design journey, including:

The Application generates renovation concepts based on your inputs, including:

• AI-generated renovation concept images
• Favorite concept selections

How We Use Information

Homeowner Email Access

WS Design Concierge currently uses a lightweight, email-based access system. Homeowners enter their email address to access saved projects. The Application does not currently require a password, magic link, or verification code to access projects.

Because of this, you should avoid accessing private projects on a shared or public device without signing out when finished. You should always use the Sign Out feature when you are done using the Application on a device that others may access.

WS Design & Build may introduce stronger verification methods in the future. The current email-only system does not provide the same level of security as password-protected authentication.

Communications and Contact Consent

When you provide contact consent, we may use your information to communicate with you about:

• Your renovation project
• Saved design concepts
• Requested services
• Follow-up questions
• Potential consultations
• Related WS Design & Build services

AI and Third Party Service Providers

To provide AI-generated renovation concepts, your project information, uploaded images, and design preferences may be sent to third-party technology providers for processing. These providers may include services for:

• Maintain your homeowner session
• Restore an unfinished Design Journey
• Protect project access
• Track Design Session limits
• Prevent duplicate generation requests

Clearing your browser storage may sign you out of the Application or remove locally stored recovery data, including unfinished Design Journey progress.

We track device and usage information for security purposes, to enforce session limits, and to prevent duplicate or abusive generation requests. This may include:

• Browser session identifiers
• Associated email addresses
• Session counts
• Flagged device activity

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through the Application. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Information associated with deleted projects may be retained for legitimate business, legal, or security reasons.
